He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Bastian and Ruth Bastian; his siblings, Mary Johnson (Albert) and Leonard Bastian (Janet); his daughter Julie Haddad; and his grandson Zandyr.
He is survived by: his children, Erick Haddad (Julie), Vicki Shadle (Greg), Eric Bastian (Jackie), Kurt Bastian (Beth) and Tina Bastian (Bill Jacobs). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews he loved.
