He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Holmes and Lucille Holmes; his wife Carol Elizabeth Holmes; and his sister Nancy. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Sherri) and Stephen (Dianne); his siblings, Hoyt (Karen) and Vikki (Gary); and his grandchildren, Nathaniel (Dulce), Derrick, Terri Jo (Colton) and Sean (Courtney). He is also survived by his four great grandchildren.
