She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gordon Vines and Helen Vines (Amundson); her husband Mark Rapp; her sons, James (Colleen) of Iowa City, IA, Joseph (Melanie) of Richmond, VA and Jeffrey (Stacie) of South Beloit, IL; her grandchildren, Katherine, Jacqueline, Tommy Rapp, Elizabeth, Mark Rapp, Amanda, Jesse Rapp, Sydney, Easton and Sawyer Dobson; her sister Julie Patterson (David); her sisters-in-law, Marianne Vines, Connie Rapp Zukowski and Rita Rapp; her friend Kathy Berberet; her daughter Jennifer Helen Dobson; and her siblings, Lois Byford and Gordon Vines.

Social distancing and face masks will be required at the visitation and funeral mass.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for Aquin Catholic Schools.
