He is survived by: his wife Donna Hillman; his children, Jeremy (Peggy) and Courtney; and his siblings, Lori Johnson (John Tracey), Dean Johnson (Dawn), Brian Johnson (Denise), Traci Rehberg (Rich), Jodi Dreage and Toni Johnson.
