He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Lewis; and his brother Shane Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Tawney; his children, Josh Kostenbader (Kelsey), Jessica Britton (Clay), Jodi Villavong, Steven Beck Jr. (Jessica) and Tanner Beck (India); his siblings, Stacey Knoup (Kirk), Cheri Lewis and Scott Lewis; his grandchildren, Ellaina, Payton, Kayslee and Waylon Kostenbader; his brothers, Brooks, Beau Britton, Nathan, Anthony Villavong, Raelyn Beck, Iyomi, Percais and Scotland Beck; and his pet Elvis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
