He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Shippy and Joslyn Shippy (Berget). He is survived by: his sister Sandra of Santa Monica; and his stepson Steve.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Leamon Funeral Home (210 W Main St, Lena, IL 61048). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established in his name.
