She was predeceased by: her daughter Andrea Heather Kelsey; her father Harry Russell; and her sister Kay Pitney. She is survived by: her husband Eugene (Gene); her mother Shirley Russell; her siblings, Larry Russell (Patty) and Judy Uchno (Edward); her grandsons, Spencer Kelsey (Destiny) and Evan Kelsey of Lexington; and her great grandchild James Duke Kelsey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Burke-Tubbs Funeral Homes - Freeport (504 N Walnut Ave, Freeport, IL 61032).
