He is survived by: his parents, Craig Dale and Christine Dale (Bickford) of Freeport, IL; his son Derrick Dale of Freeport, IL; his grandmother Kathryn Mathys of Crescent City, CA; his brothers, Lucas Dale of Freeport, IL and Dustin Dale (Amber) of Freeport, IL; his fiancée Amanda Baker; and his nephews, Reed, Mathias and Ashton Dale. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial has been established in Tyler's memory.
