He was predeceased by: his brother Tyler Ils. He is survived by: his parents, Jen Sechrest (Jayson) and Dennis Bunker; his grandparents, Gary and Connie Ils; his siblings, Tori (Colton), Tyra and Tia; and his niece Ava. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the First United Methodist - Freeport (503 W Lily Creek Rd, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
