She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn Sha Lucas of Freeport, Illinois, Debra Jean Robinson of Freeport, Illinois, Lynn Rosses Lucas of Freeport, Illinois and Keswick Kenell Lucas of Freeport, Illinois; her siblings, Daneice Benson (George) of St Louis, Rickey Resha Newton of Freeport and Barry Piggues (Judy Lambert) of Rockford, Illinois; her grandchildren, Curtis Terrill Robinson, Randy Clark, DeFredrick Clark, Patrick Clark, Jeremy Campbell, Maurice Mazique, Lynn Lucas Jr., Ethan Lucas, Keith Greer-Lucas and Sky Greer-Lucas; her stepson Ronald Williams (Peggy); her stepgrandsons, Raymor Zackery and Anthony Reddick; her goddaughter Anna Devey; her close friends, Mary Carter and Elizabeth Furdge; and her cousins, Charlene Graham, Almo Jackson and Buck Jackson. She is also survived by granddaughter; Also 20 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Philippians Baptist Church (615 S Chicago Ave, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the Freeport City Cemetery (902 W Lincoln Blvd, Freeport, IL 61032).
