He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis F. Hoffman and Florence L. Hoffman (Shay). He is survived by: his siblings, H. Wayne Hoffman, Wendel K. Hoffman of Delavan and Rosemary Ann Gordon of Topeka. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces and several great nephews and great nieces.
A memorial has been established in his name for the Freeport Masonic Building Fund.
