He is survived by: his wife Patty (Moore) of Freeport; his children, Alicia Thomas (Brandon) of Virginia Beach, Shawn (Amber Cropper) of Freeport and Kari Penticoff (Todd) of Lake Summerset; his grandchildren, Brinklei and Bekett Thomas of Virginia Beach; his children, Madison, Mason Penticoff of Lake Summerset, Tyler, Logan Penticoff, Hunter and Wyett Thyberg; his great grandchild Raiden; and his siblings, Cheryl Schofield (Wayne), Donald Jr. (Kelly) and Terry (Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a Memorial has been established for FHN Hospice and Alzheimer's Association.
