He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hutton and Leah Pearson (Stephens); his daughter Kristina Radtke; and his sister Toni Meyers. He is survived by: his wife Etha Stimpert of Freeport; his children, Kathy DeWall (Darrell) of Freeport and James "Jimmy" Stimpert (Leslie) of Cedarville; his son-in-law Robert Radke; his sisters, Carol Gibson (Jerry) of Rochester, MN. and Barb Berman (Dick) of Rockford; his grandchildren, Brooke Huttenlocher (Bryan), Deidre Morgan (Josh), Cherice, Emmett and Jarid Stimpert; and his great grandchildren, Addyson, Quinn Morgan, Bryce, Brady Huttenlocher and Cameri Sabin.

A memorial has been established in William's memory.
