She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Kolk; and her siblings, Neva and Ken. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Jan), Dan (Beth) and Mike (Nancy); and her stepdaughter Robin Klimstra Kelley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; five nieces; four nephews.
