She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Hamilton and Myrtle Hamilton (Baird); her husband Paul; and her siblings, Lonnie, Jack Hamilton, Cora Stotlar, Janet Hall and Patsy Huddle.

She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Smith (Eric) of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and Chad Delzell (Stacey) of Camanche, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Spencer, Hallie Smith, Caleb and Michael Delzell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Eric Ottens Memorial Scholarship Fund.
