She was predeceased by: her parents, Mino Muur and Alida Muur (Boonstra); her brother Gordon Muur; and her grandson Matthew Kooima. She is survived by: her husband William Medenblik; her children, Daniel Medenblik (Laurie) of McFarland, WI, Beth Veenstra (Ralph) of Redding, CA and Susan Kooima (Tim) of Grandville, MI; her grandchildren, Michael (Chloe), Lindsey Medenblik (Michael Buckner), Andrew, Rachel, Luke Veenstra, Anna, Rebecca, Leah and Nathaniel Kooima; her great grandchildren, Aurora and Josie Medenblik; her sister Brenda Medema (Garry); and her siblings-in-law, Lambert Medenblik, Edith Schaver (Dale) and Evie Medenblik.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bosma-Renkes - Fulton Chapel (1500 10th Ave, Fulton, IL 61252). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established to the Unity Christian School Building Fund.
