She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbert A. Thien; her father Anton (Dorothy); her son-in-law Keith Hoffmann; her siblings, Paul Marquardt, Arthur Marquardt (Arlou), Ralph Marquardt (Shirley), Harry Marquardt (Elaine), Alice Zaft (Ollie) and Ethel Bufalo; her nephews, Dennis Kruse and Gary Marquardt; and her great-nephew Brad Marquardt.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Thien, Karen Sensel (David), Maribeth Eschmann (Alan), Cindy Nabers (Todd), Bill Thien (Michelle) and Amy Rohlfing (Gene); her grandchildren, Michael Whelan, Melissa Schmitz, Justin Whelan, Laura Wilson (Brad), Julie Henerfauth (Ray), Bethany Wolff (Blake), Dawn Durbin (Luke), Darin Sensel (Jessie), Emily Koester (Kyle), Stephanie Eschmann, Alicia Eschmann, Ashley Malick (Chris), Erick Thien (Megan), Abbey Kleiboeker (Michael), Evan Thien (Alison Yearian), Erica Bowling (David), Aaron Nabers (Madison), Jared Nabers, Derek Hoffmann (Lauren) and Claire Grob (Tyler); and her siblings, Velma Mueth (Darrel), Joyce Donvan (Joe), Judy Stirnaman and Larry Marquardt (Debbie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
