He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Kelley; his children, Sarah Tobin (David), Erika Caudell and Derek Nothstine (Honesty); his grandchildren, Taylor, Zane, Madison, Jordyn and Vivienne; his sisters, Barbara Stratton and Lucy Clevenger (Dwight); and his pet Rogue. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
