She was predeceased by: her husband David F. Mothershead; her parents, Robert George (Icie Opal) and Muskopf; her brothers, Robert and James Muskopf; and her great grandchild River Mothershead.
She is survived by: her children, David Mothershead, II (Melissa) of Fults, IL and Dawn Mothershead of Imperial, MO; her siblings, Richard Musokpf (Paula) of Steeleville, IL, Kevin Howie of Sparta, IL, Dottie Ricketts of Sparta, IL, Carol Mayjor of Sparta, IL and Leisa Gentry of Sparta, IL; her grandchildren, Deana Simpson (Jason), Kelsie Wetzler (Cody), David Mothershead III and Max Mothershead; and her great grandchild Nolan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Braun Family Funeral Home (265 Quarry Rd, Columbia, IL 62236). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
