He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pulliam and Osha "Ryan" Pulliam; his brother Evan Pulliam; his son Joseph Rian Pulliam; and his brother-in-law Dale Tate.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Pulliam (Bordon) of Galatia; his son Alan Pulliam (Angie) of Galatia; his grandchildren, Austyn Holland (Jerret) of Galatia, Shea Mitchell (Cody) of Eldorado and William Pulliam (Sydney) of Galatia; his great grandchildren, Carly, Peyton, Rian, Clay and Waylan; and his sister Brenda Tate.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois in his memory.
