He is survived by: his children, James Stevens (Amy) of Galatia and Ashley Pearcy (Travis) of Galatia, Illinois; his grandchildren, Abby Cavender (Kyle) of Galatia, Illinois, Avery Stevens of Galatia, Illinois, Brady Pearcy of Galatia, Illinois, Addison Pearcy of Galatia, Illinois and Darby Pearcy of Galatia, Illinois; and his brothers, Kenny Stevens of Galatia, Illinois and Wesley Stevens (Judy) of Eldorado, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Raleigh Masonic Cemetery.
