She was predeceased by : her parents, Willis "Mac" McKinney and Ann McKinney (Kennedy); and her sister-in-law Brenda Joyce McKinney. She is survived by : her siblings, Brice (Cheryl), Bruce, Brad (Connie) and Bridget (Vito, family: Nancy Miller, Myra, Lance, Kent, Naomi Hasselblad); and her nephew Matt McKinney. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.

Instead of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Dubuque in her memory.
