He is survived by: his children, Diane Carter of Elizabeth, IL and Craig Miller of Galena; his grandchildren, Sean Carter of Galena and Katie Meusel (Shawn); his great grandchildren, Eric, Luke and Sidney of Scales Mound, IL; his grandson Christopher Carter (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Payton and Everett of Galena; his sister Lynn Cohagan of Austin, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Steven Craig (JoAnn) and Pam Mitchell (Steve) of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
