She is survived by: her husband Gaylon Folks of Galena; her son Casey; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Cilino-Folks; and her granddaughters, Kayleigh Gayle Folks and Natalie Ricke.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of Dubuque.
