He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Nack (Waldron) and Louis A. Nack Sr. (James Richardson); his daughter Mary Kathleen; his in-laws, Joseph and Mary Ellen McWilliams; his sister Lenore; his brother-in-law Dr. Robert Huber; his sister Joan; his siblings-in-law, Charles Allen, John and Darlene McWilliams; his godson Joseph Huber; and his niece Mary Huber.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Nack (Jill) and Thomas Nack (Sarah); his wife Dolores Nack; his children, Michael and Anne (John); his grandchildren, Samantha, Christopher, Tyler, Benjamin, William, Gus and Ruby; his brother James Nack (Patricia); his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Kelley and Dennis McWilliams (Sutti); and his caregivers, Villa and Margo Simmons. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
