He is survived by: his wife Alys M. Hampton; his children, Susan Deininger, Sandy Deininger, Jim Deininger (Lisa) and Michelle Deininger; his siblings, Rose Harkness, Marilyn Flack and Chuck Deininger (Nancy); and his sisters-in-law, Faud Deininger, Lola Deininger and Marian Binns. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a Dick Deininger Memorial Fund has been established.
