He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sullivan and Emma Sullivan (Timmerman); his wife Janet Haase of Michael's Catholic Church; his son William "Bill"; his in-law William Haase (Florence); his siblings, Rita Glasgow and Merlyn Sullivan; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Glasgow, Ronnie Haase, Marguerita Sullivan and Beverly Haase.
He is survived by: his son Tim Sullivan (Shauna) of Galena; his daughter-in-law Karen Sullivan of Anaheim, CA; his grandchildren, Nicole Craig (Kyle), Hannah Atkins (Nolan), Abigail, Ty and Drew Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Sawyer Craig and Atkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
