He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Miller (Girot) and Floyd Miller; his wife Pam Byers; his brother Jerry; and his in-laws, Sam and Fran Byers.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Jodi) of Lena and Jake Zeal (Michelle) of Dubuque, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Jenna, Jacob, Alexia, Brody and Tyler.
In lieu of flowers, a Terry J. Miller Memorial Fund has been established.
