He is survived by: his wife Beverly Blomquist; his children, Lisa Brown (John), Kelley Jackson, Mike Klaersch (Michelle), Kelly Van Dyke, Craig Van Dyke (Maggie) and Keith Van Dyke (Maureen); and his former wife Donna Qualkinbush. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
