In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Ada had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Ada may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Forbes and Audrey Forbes (Routt); and her daughter Anna Trone. She is survived by: her husband Joe Trone of Galesburg; her daughter Brenda Peterson (Steve) of Galesburg; her grandchildren, Savannah Peterson, Sean Peterson and Erik Peterson; and her sisters, Sandy Gillenwater (Don) of Galesburg and Betty Higbee of Florida.
Memorials in Ada's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
