She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon F. King and Imogene M. King (Robinson). She is survived by : her husband Larry H. Whitaker of Galesburg; her sons, David Whitaker (Geri) of Henderson and Craig Whitaker of Galesburg; her stepdaughter Brenda Nuckles of Galesburg; and her brother Gary King (Joyce) of Hanna City. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
