He is survived by: his wife Carole C O'Brien of Galesburg; his children, Chuck O'Brien Jr. (Jan), Angela James (Dennis), Lisa Gardner (Darren) and Bradley O'Brien (Michelle); his brothers-in-law, Nunck, Frank and Tony Mangieri; and his daughter-in-law Carole Barker Hahn. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 6 adult step children, 15 step grandchildren, 11 step great grandchildren.
