He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret; and his sister Shirley Burton. He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Jean Bennis; his wife Sandy of Galesburg; his sons, Greg Johnson (Julie) of Clarendon Hills, IL and Steve Johnson (DeAnna) of Springfield, IL; and his grandchildren, Liam, Lally, Matt, Kelsi and Nick.
