He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Smith; his children, Monte Flack (Deanne) of Urbana, IL, Carolyn Oliver (Steve) of Decatur, IL and John Flack (Rhonda) of North Henderson, IL.; his grandchildren, Kendall Oliver (Emily), Kayla Renfro (Judah), Madison Flack, Amber Flack, Mason Flack (Emma) and Nathan Flack; his great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Stella, Maebel, Lucille, Briley, Elouise, Henry, Rosalie and Andrew; his brother William Flack (Bobbie); and his nephew Danny Flack (Courtney).
