He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris D. Vizard and Margaret Vizard (Hennessy); his brothers, Jim and John; and his brother-in-law John Azukas.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Vizard (Ginny) of Minneapolis, MN, Rita Azukas of Kissimmee, FL and Mary Barthel (Richard) of Peoria, IL; and his siblings' children, Liz Azukas (Bill Gaudelli), Alex, Mike Azukas, John Vizard (Natalie Dale), Aleeta, Katie Vizard (Chris Brunsberg), Anne Barthel, James Barthel (Dianna), Olivia and Mia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Association or a charity of the donor's choosing.
