She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmore Morrison, and Alberta Morrison, Sr. (Cooper); her husband Elmer Pettis; her son Larry Pettis, Sr.; her siblings, Elmer Morrison, Jr., Jessie Morrison, Ruey Morrison, Charles Morrison, Dorothy Mae Turner and Annie R. Morrison; and her grandson Jamal Pettis.
She is survived by: her children, Elmer Pettis, Jr. (Mary), Bobbie Martin (Willie) of Eastpoint and Verna Pettis of Galesburg.
