Evans of Galesburg, Illinois, born in Milton, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Brooker and Thelma Doyle Brooker; her son Mark Evans of Naperville, IL; her siblings, Martha Carlsen (British Columbia) of Victoria and George Brooker, Jr. of Seattle, WA; her granddaughters, Erin Surratt (Jared) of Chillicothe, IL and Miss Lauryn Pearson of Bloomington, IL; her great grandchildren, Addison Elizabeth Surratt of Chillicothe, IL. and Isabel Jane Surratt of Chillicothe, IL.; her husband Robert "Cork" Evans; her daughter Laurie A. Pearson; and her sister Barbara Hyde.
