He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Roulds and Loretta Finn Carson; his stepfather John Clay Carson; and his sister Leslie Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Stewart of Galesburg; his daughters, Tyffani Carter (Eddie) of Aurora, LaToya Carson of Galesburg and Ketrina Carson of Galesburg; his siblings, Thurman Carson of Hemet, California, Margerette "Candy" Carson of Peoria, Kathy Carson of Galesburg and Carolyn Carson (Cleatis) of Portland; and his grandchildren, DeVaughn, Khalil Hodge, Makiah Harris, Karyssa, Sylena Carter and Kymora Carson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
