He was predeceased by: his stepfather John Cox; and his mother-in-law Nancy Gilbraith. He is survived by: his parents, Gary D. Lybarger and Elva Lybarger (Bickell) of Galesburg; his wife Ann Hebbeln of Galesburg; his son Brandon Lybarger (Amanda) of Galesburg; his sister Debra Lybarger (Gary Jones) of Galesburg; and his granddaughter Ila Lybarger.
