Ballard of Peoria, Illinois and Jerry of Galesburg; his grandchildren, Nazareth Lamay (Joy), Lacy Mason and Joe Ballard; his great grandchildren, Viola and Albert; and his siblings, Dale Smith of Galesburg and Carol Vericella of Normal, Illinois..
