He is survived by: his parents, Lee Arnold and Margaret Ann Dixon Smith; and his siblings, Sarah Taylor of Monmouth, Rosalie Stone of Spring Valley, Illinois. and Terry Smith (Heather). He is also survived by nine nephews, six nieces, six great nieces, and five great nephews.
