He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cramer; his children, Duane Johnson of Loxahatchee, Ronald Johnson (Rayleen) of St. Louis, Missouri and Vicki Lisa (Rick) of Austin, Texas.; his brother Richard Johnson of Bella Vista, Arkansas; his granddaughters, Kristen, Brittany, Megan, Lauren and Ashley; his stepchildren, Ed, Todd, John Cunningham and Kelly Gambrel; and his brother-in-law Billy Feldhahn (Debbie). He is also survived by many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
