He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Peck and Helen Peck (Stoerzbach). He is survived by: his wife Cindi Collier; his son Joseph England (Christie); his stepchildren, Kimberly Fox (Todd) and Lindsey Knight (Jordan); his siblings, Dave Peck (Diana), Jim Peck (Helen) and Sally Lundeen (Steve); his siblings-in-law, Brad Collier and Vicki Gabriel (Dan); and his mother-in-law Wanda Collier.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Knox County Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Knoxville Baseball Association.
