She is survived by: her husband David Wayne Williams, Sr.; her children, Takeyshia Watson (Steiner) of Evergreen, David Wayne Williams, Jr. (Starelett) of Killeen, Domonic Williams (Rahshid) of Oak Lawn and Percy Jackson (Sharnae) of Galesburg; her grandchildren, Alayna, Daniel, Jasmine, Cameron, David, Trinity, Jeremy, Jakari, DaVaughn, Ahmari and Chantiara; and her siblings, Tony Ross of Chicago, Janine Williams of Indiana and Jamie Mitchell (Terri) of Chicago. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.

Memorials may be made to the family to establish an education fund for her grandchildren.
