She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Degnan and Ethel Degnan (Grosse); her stepson Marcus Greek; and her stepgranddaughter Evie Greek. She is survived by: her husband Ron Greek of Galesburg; her daughters, Julie Tonn (Tony) of Davenport and Jenny Marshall of Morton, Illinois; her stepsons, Milton "Milt" Greek (Connie) of Athens and Matthew Greek (Carol) of Jacksonville, Texas; her granddaughter Emily Tonn; and her stepgrandsons, Ben Greek (Lauren) and Andy Greek (Lisa). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oaks Senior Center (176 N Farnham St, Galesburg, IL 61401).
Memorials may be made to the Carl Sandburg State Historic Site, WTVP Channel 47, or the OAKS Senior Center.
