He was predeceased by: his sister Jennifer Main. He is survived by: his father Richard Wade (Dick); his daughters, Alexia Main (Quincy Morrison), Alyssa Pacheco (Adam), Natalie Main (William Youngren), Jordan Main and Jazmyn Main; his siblings, Marissa Main, Mandy Carpenter (Lee), Richie, Joey Wade (Brooke) and Mirjana Reigle (Branden); and his parent Midge Wade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
