She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey L. Heady and Willie Mabel Heady (Chapman); and her siblings, Jerry Heady, Larry Heady and Judy Knisely.
She is survived by: her sons, Lester LaFollette (Janet), Crosiar LaFollette (Karen) and Thomas LaFollette (Susan); and her stepdaughter Sue Chaney (Sam). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
