He is survived by : his wife Tami Blackburn of Galesburg, IL; his children, Lauren Blackburn-Williams (Jordan) of O'Fallon, IL, Holly Blackburn of O'Fallon, IL, Buddy Herron (Jessie) of Knoxville, IL, Savannah Sopher (Steven) of Abingdon, IL and Haylee Sopher of Warner Robins, GA; his grandchildren, AJ, Ava, Aria, Lane, Jade, Penelope and Jettson; his sister Becky Whitler of Carlinville; his sister-in-law Allynn Walker; and his nieces and nephews, Michellle Walter (Jeff), Laura McNeill (Tim), Luke Blackburn (Rebecca) and Greg Whitler (Danlee).
