She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl M. Plummer and Martha H. Plummer (Dunham); her husband John Carroll "Butch" Farrell; her daughter-in-law Angel Johnson; her sisters, Carabeth Benson and Nancy Craig; and her brother-in-law Paul Perschnik.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim L. Johnson of Groveland, Brian Johnson (Kathi) of Belleville and John C. Farrell (Cathy) of Kohler, Wisconsin; her siblings, Douglas "Mac" Plummer (Anella) of Galesburg, Dorothy Pickrel (Ray) of Galesburg and Susan Perschnik of Galesburg; her foster brother Randy Edwards of Utah; and her brother-in-law Bill Craig of Galva. She is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
