It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxine McCarl of Galesburg, Illinois, born in Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Thomas and Martha Thomas (Banta); her spouse Glenn G. Moore; and her brother-in-law Maybelle. She is survived by: her former spouse Barton L. Montgomery August; her son Jimmy Lee Montgomery (Sue) of Marquette; her grandchildren, Scott Montgomery (Lisa), Vickie Kieper (Tony), Lauri (Paul Liess) and James Montgomery (Michelle); and her niece Janet McLeran (Hank).

Due to guidelines associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facemasks will be required with limited seating.
